Brazilian club Santos reported on Monday that 33-year-old Neymar underwent minor surgery on his left knee. The striker had previously expressed his desire to resolve the pain that kept him out of several matches this year. The procedure was minimally invasive and treated problems within the joint. The arthroscopy was performed by Rodrigo Lasmar, who also works with the Brazil national team.
