The 36-year-old Davide will return to help his father in the two friendly matches scheduled for the end of this month in the United States. Brazil will face France in Boston on the 26th, and then Croatia in Orlando at the end of the month. Davide left his assistant coach position with the Brazil national team last summer to take charge of Botafogo, where his first coaching mission ended in mid-December with the team finishing sixth in the Brazilian Serie A.
